What we do
- We check the report against reliable sources.
- Small fixes (typos, broken links) are made quietly.
- Material corrections are noted at the top or bottom of the article with the date, and the “Updated” date changes.
- If an article cannot be corrected it is removed or clearly marked as outdated.
